After a much anticipated wait for Square-Enix fans and collectors who live in the states, the online merchandise store is finally open!

After browsing some sections of the site (Plays Arts, actually), I must say I am impressed. Exclusives include Sora’s Limit Form (from Final Mix) and Final Form and–whoa, what’s this?–Advent Children sculpture art of Cloud and Sephiroth (both are separate–probably be more of an outrage when you find out how much it costs for one!).

Of course, there are much more. These are just highlights of the moment.

Personally, I’m sad they don’t sell the older Play Arts along with the select others. Looks like I’ll be one of the few who isn’t too thrilled but awed, all the same.

This’ll certainly be a thrill for the fans and collectors of S-E’s game products, maybe even overseas importers too. The store is definitely worth a look if you haven’t already, before this post.

Oh, and Tonberry plush, anyone?
